Step 1
Krevety a rybie filety dôkladne opláchneme a osušíme. Nastrúhame cibuľu aj ginger a cut chili.

tomatoes prekrojíme on polovice a špenát dobre prepláchneme.

on rozohriatom oili fry horčičné semienka. Keď začnú praskať, add chili, ginger a restujeme. add cibuľu a pražíme asi 10 minutes.

into zlatista orestovanej cibuľky add krevety a opekáme z oboch strán. add koreniny a tomatoes. Po chvíli podlejeme vodou a kokosovým milkm, cook 5 minutes, season with salt.

Rybie filety cut on väčšie kúsky, add with tamarindovou pastou a pocook 6–8 minutes. on záver vmiešame špenát a remove from heat. Serve with ryžou.
