Sušené mushrooms namočíme into studenej vody aspoň on hour, ideálne cez noc.

into veľkého hrnca nalejeme šťavu z kyslej kapusty a ochutnáme – ak je príliš kyslá, zriedime ju vodou.

into šťavy add 3 bobkové listy, 3 guľky nového korenia, 1 KL rasce, ground black pepper, pretlačený garlic, údeninu a scedené mushrooms.

Privedieme k varu a cook približne 45 minutes, until mushrooms nezmäknú.

Meanwhile si in a bowl zmiešame kyslú smotanu, múku, štipku soli a trochu horúcej polievky.

Z polievky vyberieme údené meat (môžeme ho pokrájať a vrátiť späť) a tiež bobkové listy a nové korenie.

Prilievame smotanovú mixture, stir a cook ešte 2–3 minutesy.
