Step 1
Žihľavu zbavíme stoniek, polet len vrchné listy. in rukaviciach ich opláchneme a blanšírujeme minutesu vo vriacej vode. Vodu si let bokom.

in a pot rozpustíme butter, add nasekanú šalotku a sauté ju.

add nakrájaný potato, podlejeme vínom, briefly pocook a zalejeme stockom a žihľavovou vodou.

cook prikryté asi 15 minutes, until potato nezmäkne.

add nasekané žihľavové listy a hneď aj teplú smotanu. Privedieme k varu a minutesku pocook.

soup remove from heat, Season saltou, korením a trochou trstinového cukru. blend into jemného krému.
