Step 1
in a pot roztopíme butter a add on jemné pásiky nakrájanú cibuľu. season with salt ju, add sugar a pomaly restujeme, until nezíska zlatohnedý odtieň.

pour in trochu lemonovej šťavy, add prelisovaný garlic a mixture zaprášime múkou. mix well, podlejeme bielym vínom a let chvíľu povariť.
